How to delete your account?

To delete your account
  • Go to "MY ACCOUNT"
  • Click on the tab "SETTINGS" in the sub menu
  • Click on [ Account Settings ] which is First on the menu
  • At the top of the ACCOUNT SETTINGS page, you will see a link "[ Cancel Account ]".
  • When your account is canceled it is removed from our database, it can not be recovered.

    How do I upgrade?

    At the top of all the pages of the site (Except for the chat room). You will see the links "UPGRADE YOUR ACCOUNT".

    What does upgrading do?

    We have two different subscription accounts, VIP and Gold.

    VIP membership is $5 USD per month.
  • Send up to 20 messages a day
  • 100mb upload space

  • GOLD membership is $10 USD per month.
  • Send up to 50 messages a day
  • 200mb upload space
  • 400mb video space

  • Profile Design Utility - Edit your profile page, upload images, change background, use CSS, change colour and more.
  • Premium Chat Room Membership (Includes, brush utility, uploading images to the chat, create chat rooms)
  • I want to cancel my subscription.

    Login to your PayPal account.
  • Click on "All Accounts Activity">
  • In the combo drop down box, select subscriptions
  • Search for the subscription to hosting@stelivo.com
  • Click on Details then Cancel.
  • We do not give refunds.

    I upgraded but I'm still a standard member?

    If you have send a payment and not been automatically upgraded to the subscription package you chose, this is because you sent an E-Cheque, this is when the funds aren't available in your account and PayPal has requested the funds from your bank account. When the funds have cleared from your bank account and we have successfully received the payment, your account will then be upgraded. It normally takes 3 - 5 business days for the E-Cheque to clear.

    I need to report a user

    If a user has broken the rules and is illegally advertising, asking you for credit card information or giving you links to a website that requires you to sign up and submit personal details, At the bottom left corner of every profile you will see the link "[ Report This User ]".

    How do get points?

    We award points through a number of methods:
  • Activity - The more you post and contribute on the site the more points you will automatically receive, forum posts, blogs and even playing arcade games. All site activity awards you points.
  • Referrals - Inside your "MY ACCOUNT" area, inside the box labeled "ACCOUNT INFO / ACTIVITY" you will see a "MY REFERRAL URL:" Each time a user registers using your referral link you will automatically receive 25 points. People who cheat and make second profiles will be banned.
  • Upgrading - By upgrading your profile to VIP or GOLD membership you will receive either 500 or 1500 bonus points.
  • What are points?

    Points will determine your ranking on the site, the more points you have the more stars you will get on your profile. You can also spend points in our virtual gift shop buying gifts for your friends.

    Chat doesn't work?

    If the chat room is not loading for you, go to Google and type in "download java". Download the latest version of Java, install it then try again. If the chat still does not load click on the Live Help link that can be found at the bottom of every page.

    I'm banned from the chat.

    If you're banned from the chat rooms it normally means you have broken a rule. Click on the "CHAT FAQ" and "CHAT RULES" which are founds at the top of the chat room page before joining the chat rooms, to make sure you don't accidently get banned. If you are unsure why you were banned, click on the Live Help link that can be found at the bottom of every page.

    Geo Map?

    The GEO MAP does not give out your EXACT location. The way it works is that it takes the country and city of your profile and pin-points you somewhere in that city.

    Rather than using the Contact Us email form, you can also ask us a question through Live Help
