We've been live and kicking since the end of September and it's been a great start, we couldn't be happier. CyberSexChat.org grew a lot bigger than anticipated, we've had to upgrade a lot of behind the scenes services to cater for the large amount of members that signed up in such a short amount of time, and the activity brought to the site.

We are looking for some bright sparks to help us moderate the chat rooms and profiles. People who display good common sense and are active users of the site might be contacted by us, but feel free to send us a message letting us know you would be up to the task.

What would I have to do?

Profile moderators would have access to an admin panel, from here is where you will moderate. You have the ability to change profiles, edit pages and make changes to the site to ensure the rules are being followed. Site moderators will be able to ban repeat offenders and have full access to the site without needing a custom membership.

Chat room moderators will have the ability to kick and ban members from the chat room while being able to close mic and webcam if being abused. It will be your job to enforce the rules of the chat room in an unbiased professional manner.

At the moment neither of the jobs above are paid work but in the future if we continue to grow at this rate, we may consider paying moderators.
